(ASM) is a second-generation, family-owned management company offering expertise in all phases of property management. ASM has earned an outstanding reputation in the affordable housing industry. With a current portfolio of over 100 affordable housing properties, ASM provides management and oversight for HOME, LIHTC, HOME/TC, HUD, USDARD, BOND/TC, and conventional properties.
