Bernie's Bakery Head Quarters is a family-owned, purpose-built bakery/factory specifically designed for large volume manufacture of wholesale and retail foods. We combined a café frontage which is in an ideal strategic location on State Highway 1 - Washdyke Timaru. Café visitors enjoy both a wide selection of freshly made foods. While waiting for their coffee, they can observe the manufacturing process in real time... We offer our clients a huge range of soft breads, pastries, savouries, biscuits, slices, all-occasion cakes great range of gelato, and, of course, our famous pies... Often referred to as May's Bakery, we manufacture this iconic product which is sought after throughout the country. We field regular enquiries nationwide as to how the product may be sourced.
