Dr. Jill Birch is a leadership adviser, keynote speaker and facilitator. Jill has spoken to 1000s of leaders around the world. As a result of her experience and research, her work with clients reflects the leadership values we all have today - to engage, innovate, strategize while supporting our people to work collaboratively. Jill has been a CEO and member of several C-Suites. She has been on the front lines, worked internationally and has the stories from the trenches that leaders relate to. She also worked at Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions as well as the Schulich School of Business where she launched their leadership practice. Her research is fresh, innovative and yes, will change your perspective on how you think about leadership and how leaders are developed. In addition to her research, Jill has held senior executive roles in the trade association sector where she focused on retail, broadcasting, publishing and marketing. Jill holds a Ph.D. from Griffith University in Australia where she researched relational leadership and an M.A. from OISE/UT where she researched how CEOs learn to lead and how they learn to learn. She is also a Certified Association Executive.
