Darci A. Carroll

DARCI A. CARROLL was admitted to practice law in New Mexico in 1999 and California in 2000 (inactive). She advocates for her clients in both federal and state courts, and has represented clients in arbitration, mediation, and direct settlement negotiations. Ms. Carroll is a litigator who focuses her practice on insurance defense and construction related matters. She has represented clients in cases involving claims of professional negligence, payment disputes, delay damages, changed conditions, breach of contract, warranty obligations, structural defects, procurement code violations, and products liability.

Jaclyn Page

Jaclyn Page is a lifelong New Mexican. Jaclyn graduated summa cum laude from the University of New Mexico in 2015, where she received a B.A. in Political Science. Jaclyn graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2018. While in law school, she served as a staff member and blogging editor for the Tribal Law Journal. Upon graduation she received the Dean's Award for Significant Contribution to the Law School Community. Before joining Chapman Law, Jaclyn worked for the Social Security Administration as an attorney advisor and was the lead attorney for the New Mexico office of a California-based firm practicing in the area of creditor's rights. In her free time, she enjoys creative writing, traveling, photography and learning new languages.
