In her family law practice, Casey Johnson-Welsh draws on her unique career background to guide families through some of the most difficult times of their lives. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Casey spent five years as a caseworker with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, Office of Children, Youth, and Families. That experience inspired her to pursue family law so she could help divorcing couples keep the best interests of their children as a priority and remain in their children's lives. As a family lawyer Casey also helps start families by assisting clients through the adoption process. Casey understands that any family law matter involves a range of emotions that can change frequently throughout the process. She utilizes her background in psychology and social work to be a patient and empathic listener, working together with clients to achieve the best possible results. Casey strives to reach mutually beneficial outcomes, but when that is not possible she is prepared to vigorously advocate for her clients in court. With every matter Casey's goal is to attain results that allow clients to move forward with their lives while protecting the things that are most important. A graduate of Messiah College with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, Magna Cum Laude, Casey received her law degree from Widener University School of Law, Cum Laude. After obtaining her undergraduate degree from Dickinson College, she quickly found work in her field. However, her desire to help others by practicing law lingered. She was drawn to the idea of assisting people through difficult times. She eventually followed her passion and received her law degree from Florida State University College of Law. After graduating from law school, Karen started practicing in the areas of litigation, family, real estate and collaborative law. Her background, which includes detailed problem-solving skills, helps her to succeed in her practice. Karen has spent the last 15 years using her out-going personality and educational background to help clients navigate litigation to avoid the costly process of going to court. Experience Karen has been practicing law for over 15 years, with a focus on family law, collaborative law, and estate litigation. She serves as the Co-President of the Collaborative Professionals of Central Pennsylvania. She is also an active member of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Association, as well as the Collaborative Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Patti began working for the founders of the firm in 1989, starting as a receptionist. She later attended school at night to become a paralegal. Her new skills led to a position as a paralegal for founder Kathleen Daley. In 2002, Patti was entrusted with the position of taking care of the firm after attorney Daley suffered a medical crisis which left her unable to continue the practice of law. Kathleen Daley's sister, Patricia Carey Zucker, took over the firm and Patti continued working with the firm, eventually expanding her role to Office Administrator.

During her tenure as chair of the DCBA Family Law Section, Tina served on the advisory committee to create the first family court in Dauphin County. In addition, she is trained in parenting coordination and has authored, lectured and moderated seminars for the Dauphin County Bar Association, the PBA Family Law Section Summer Meeting and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Quiet, reserved and thoughtful, Tina enjoys spending the majority of her time with her husband, son, family, and friends attending various sporting events, spending time at Hershey Park or enjoying the outdoors at her cabin in the mountains. Tina has an extensive extended family that includes seven nephews who live in both the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh areas. Tina grew up in Delaware County and was a college athlete, having played lacrosse at Shippensburg University. Tina currently serves as head coach for the middle school girls' lacrosse team in her community.
