Note also, that there is one other building in the West End which shares our lease. The Heritage, at 1075 Comox St. with 184 suites, is very similar in structure to Westsea Towers. Our understanding is that more than half the suites in The Heritage are owned by the building's owners, making it more like a rental building, unless you happen to be one of the remaining leaseholders. This building, while always welcome, has never been a part of EBLA.
