FORE Development In c was established in 2016 by brothers Dan, Tom, and Jack Klister with the goal to develop and acquire quality spaces where residents, businesses, and guests are able to thrive. FORE consistently maintains a focus on thoughtful design, superior service, and long term commitment to the communities we invest in. To date, Fore has developed and owns projects in excess of $150M across the state of Wisconsin.
