McKeown's Fish & Poultry Shop is a long established fish and poultry retailer and wholesaler located in the heart of the busy town of Bangor in County Down, Northern Ireland, and has been at the heart of the local community for more than 100 years. Variety, Quality and Freshness are the key ingredients to the success of McKeowns with fish sourced from mainland markets at Peterhead and locally from Portavogie, Kilkeel and Ardglass. In recent years they have had to go further afield to the North Sea , Sri Lanka and even Singapore & Indonesia to obtain the best quality fish and to expand the variety for their increasingly adventurous and discerning customers. McKeowns stock a wide variety of traditional fish including Haddock, Cod, Plaice, Lemon Sole, Brill, Trout, Salmon, Dover Sole, Bream as well as the more exotic Red Snapper and Perch. We specialize in our own smoked salmon for which we are renowned throughout North Down and beyond.
