Our goal is to find fantastic businesses, then let them keep running: no integration, restructuring, or new goals. If you love your job, keep doing it! But with more cash-in-hand... Our first company was founded with core values that mirrored our own personal core values: Integrity, True Grit, Generosity, Curiosity, Empathy. We believe in doing things "the right way", in having character, even when no one is looking. We feel like hard work in the face of adversity, and persevering through challenges is a pretty important skill. We strive to be people who are generous with our time, attention, and knowledge - people who understand and appreciate how others feel, and how we make them feel. And we try to lean in with curiosity, assuming the best intentions of others over the worst... We've founded multiple businesses together in the past 12+ years, and participated in dozens of acquisitions. We aim to provide exit paths we would have been excited to take as founders.
