Jeffrey P. Newhouse

Jeffrey is known for his entrepreneurial abilities, innovative financial solutions, strong leadership skills and commitment to enhancing business growth and profitability. He is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Financial Planner and expert on Canadian income tax law, holding a masters degree in this discipline. Prior to co-founding Newhouse Industries Jeffrey was managing partner of Newhouse Rusin LLP - Chartered Accountants - a boutique tax firm operating in the greater Toronto area. Jeffrey and his partner purchased a small CA practice in 2007 and built it into a multi-million dollar CA firm within 4 years. Applying his expertise in the area of taxation, Jeffrey is a tax leader at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (ICAO) School of Accountancy and is a regular lecturer at Foran Financial Institute. Jeffrey spent many years as a professor of Taxation in the School of Business Management at Ryerson University. Prior to co-founding Newhouse Rusin LLP in 2007, Jeffrey articled with KPMG LLP and managed the tax department at a mid-sized Bay Street CA firm. He is a graduate of Ryerson University's Bachelor of Commerce program (top 1% of his class), the University of Waterloo's Master of Taxation program (top 1% of his class), and successfully completed the Certified Financial Planner designation and Georgian College's automotive certification program.

Pierre G. Robitaille B.

Pierre Robitaille is Founder and President of CCI Leadership Strategies, a successful Toronto-based consulting firm created in 1998 that specializes in crafting talent strategies, developing leaders, optimizing executive teams and enhancing business plans. In this role, Pierre has influenced organizational and leadership effectiveness for over seventy organizations on four continents, with billing revenues in excess of $2.5 million. Pierre's work at CCI has earned him, among other distinctions, the first International Coach Federation Prism Award in Canada in 2005. This award honors outstanding organizational coaching programs that fulfill rigorous professional standards, address key strategic goals, shape organizational culture, and yield discernible and measureable positive impacts. In his last corporate role Pierre was Senior Vice-President Organizational Effectiveness at Bell Mobility, and prior to that had over 25 years of business success in six countries by contributing winning organizational effectiveness strategies to a variety of industries including aerospace, biotechnology, food, information technology, packaging and pharmaceuticals. Pierre has chaired national committees with the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, Information Technology Association of Canada, Canadian Manufacturers Association, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association of Canada, Conference Board of Canada and was International Affairs delegate for the Canadian Chemical Producers Association to the ILO in Geneva. A long-term judge at the Concordia International MBA Case Competition, he sits on a number of growth company advisory boards and is a past board officer of the Strategic Leadership Forum. Pierre is an Ironman World Championship finisher, O-Cup mountain bike winner, competes in all seasons multi-sport and orienteering events, is an experienced solo and team adventure racer and volunteers as a navigation skills instructor.

Scott W. Newhouse

Scott Newhouse has been recognized as one of the key "out of the box" entrepreneurial executive leaders in the industry today, with core strengths in corporate organizational efficiencies and effectiveness, growth/sales strategies and implementation, and dynamic culture creation. Prior to co-founding Newhouse Industries, Scott was Vice President of Simerra Property Management, subsidiary of First Service (tsx:fsv). In this role, Scott was responsible to oversee 40,000 units (Asset Value of $14 Billion) in the Ontario Region. Scott was also instrumental in starting up the Residences of the Ritz Carlton. During his time at Simerra Scott consistently facilitated growth at 10-20% per year. Prior to Simerra, Scott was responsible for overseeing and running the operations of Shiu Pong Property Management, a subsidiary of a key Toronto Developer. During that time, Scott was successful in growing Shiu Pong Property Management from 300 units to over 7,000 units. In addition Scott structured and acquired Progressive Plus Property Management and successfully merged it into the existing operations. At the age of 18, Scott co-founded S & S Properties Group, a real estate investment group specializing in multi-unit residential properties. This group has a holding of 8 investment properties throughout Ontario and British Columbia. S & S Properties Group continues to grow and facilitate equity growth year over year. Scott sits on numerous Boards of Directors, acting in capacities that range from General Manager to President. Scott is a graduate from University of Toronto and holds various designations from industry related colleges/universities.
