Lisa Nuszkowski was appointed President of M-1 RAIL in January 2021 and oversaw the QLINE's return to service later that year. She was previously the founder and executive director of MoGo, metro Detroit's nonprofit bike share system, which serves the city of Detroit and five suburban communities.
Prior to this, she oversaw urban mobility initiatives, real estate development projects, and public safety enhancements for Wayne State University's Office of Economic Development. Lisa has served in two City of Detroit administrations, as Chief of Staff to a former House Majority Floor Leader in the Michigan legislature, and as Co-Director of the statewide Michigan Foreclosure Task Force.

Matthew P. Cullen is the Chairman of JACK Entertainment, the Cleveland-based gaming company which employs more than 1,400 team members and generates $500 million in annual revenues. Cullen has served as the President and CEO of the M-1 RAIL Streetcar initiative since its inception in 2017.
With more than 15 years in operations, training and management, Rachel's career has been dedicated to making transit services run better. She joined M-1 RAIL as general manager in September 2021 and helped transition the system to a locally managed team.
Prior to her service at M-1 RAIL, she held leadership positions at the Utah Transit Authority, Sonoma Marin Area Rail Transit, and the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART).
