When asked about my passion for my 15 handmade products, I was drawn to my 5 year old self as it was right about that time that I discovered my passion about food and cooking. It was while I was at the feet of my paternal Ukrainian Grandmother that I learned what "Flavours" were and how to use them. She shared so many recipes and secrets with me. We took so many Streetcar rides from Cabbage town to the St Lawrence Market on Saturday mornings at 5:30am to get the staples for the next weeks meals amidst the hustle and bustle of the farmers who travelled to be there.
