Caroline McMahon

Caroline has over 30 years experience in sales and sales support of RF and Microwave components and sub-systems. Caroline started her career in 1980 at Microwave Semiconductor Corporation (MSC) in Somerset, NJ as an Export Sales Administrator. In her 20 years at MSC (now STMicroelectronics) Caroline gained valuable experience in what it takes to service customers that use RF and Microwave products. Caroline joined Avnet's RF & Microwave Business Unit in 2000 in an inside sales role. As a Sales and Marketing Representative for Avnet RF and Microwave, Caroline serviced customers that used a broad range of RF and Microwave products. Caroline puts her experience to work for customers and manufacturers Sertech MCM represents.

James R. Patterson

Jim has over 30 years experience in the marketing and sales of RF and Microwave components and sub-systems. Jim started his OEM sales career at Microwave Semiconductor Corporation (MSC) in Somerset, NJ in 1985 as a Sales Engineer. Continuing his focus in the field of RF Power Transistors, Jim joined Thomson CSF (now STMicroelectronics) in 1986 as a Product Marketing Engineer. In 1989 Jim was promoted to Regional Sales Manager for Asia Pacific and Japan. Jim started his career in the distribution of RF & Microwave components when he joined Richardson Electronics Ltd in 1990. Jim was one of the first technical sales people Richardson hired and after several promotions over a 6 year period was named the Vice President of Worldwide Sales for the Solid State and Components Business Unit.

Jim F. McAuliff

Jim has over 17 years experience in the marketing and sales of RF and Microwave components and sub-systems. Jim started his RF career in 1982 at American Electronic Laboratories (now Cobham) in Lansdale, PA. Jim joined InterDigital Communications Corp. in 1993 as a RF Engineer with responsibility for transceiver circuit design and sub-system testing. In 1998, Jim transitioned to sales by joining manufacturers sales rep firm Pennsylvania Scientific Devices as a Sales Engineer with account responsibility in E PA/S NJ. In 2000, Jim joined rep firm Amplitude Technical Sales (ATS) to cover the same territory with a focus on selling RF/Microwave & Opto components to customers serving military, commercial, wireless, BTS and CATV markets. With consistent design wins year over year, Jim was successful in growing sales from $3M to $7.5M. Jim managed several large key customer accounts for ATS and was on the cutting edge of the EW/Jammer power amplifier market and its' adoption of packaged GaN HEMTs. In 2010, Jim joined rep firm Microwave Components Marketing (MCM) and his territory expanded to include NNJ. Key customer design wins led to a sales representative of the year nomination for Jim in 2014. Through the merger of Sertech and MCM in July 2015, Jim became a key member of the Sertech MCM team.

Joseph Didomenico

Joe has over 37 years of RF and microwave design, application engineering, project management, sales management, technical collaboration, problem solving, hardware manufacture, and expert supply chain experience. Joe earned both a BSEE and MSEE from Polytechnic Institute of NY. He spent his first five years at Hazeltine designing and developing anti jam communication systems and the next ten years at Sedco/Raytheon designing EW countermeasure receivers and components. This was followed by three years of microwave design at Aeroflex, where he was personally responsible for both the design, fabrication details and manufacture of many microwave receivers and components including a 4-bit F16 phase shifter for Hazeltine/BAE.

Joseph McMahon

Joe has 45 years' experience in the RF & Microwave field both in engineering (9 years) and Sales (36 years). Joe started his career as an engineer with Arris (formerly Jerrold Electronics) working in their Cable Distribution Group. During his tenure he designed numerous Filter's, Diplexers, Amplifiers and was on the design team that introduced the very first Two-Way Cable system. In January 1979 he left engineering and went to work for a Sales Rep Firm as a Sales Engineer selling RF and Microwave Components. In July 1981 he joined M/A-Com and within 3 months of joining M/A-Com he was promoted to Area Sales Manager. During his 5 year tenure as Manager he grew sales from $2.5M to over $17.0M in Sales. In June of 1987 Joe started his own Rep Company Microwave Components Marketing specializing in RF & Microwave Sales where he has remained until the recent merger with Sertech Inc. During the past 28 years Joe has represented a number of RF and Microwave companies and in 2010 at the request of one of his major Principals (TriQuint) expanded his territory to include Northern New Jersey and Metro New York.
