Down a back street in the heart of Seminyak, Kieran & Yunika Morland own and run Sangsaka. An Indonesian restaurant which serves classic Indonesian dishes with a twist, often with family recipes from Yunikas East Javanese heritage. Sangsaka, which loosely translates to "the pride of the flag", is a 70-seat venue with wood fired oven and grills, an outdoor terrace for alfresco dining, and rooftop bar named ‘Diatas' for an after-dinner tipple. Sangsaka to us is simply about serving good Indonesian food & drinks, and hopefully having a bit of fun while were doing it.
