Second Chance Program is a non government organization providing rehabilitation and a second chance for juvenile offenders, in collaboration with the Criminal Justice System and The Ministry of Social Transformation of Antigua & Barbuda... Second Chance Program is committed to ensuring all training and rehabilitation programs are based in the very latest scientific research and the training is practical and relevant to practitioners in reentry programming, resulting in reduced recidivism and safer communities. It is our mission is to disrupt the cycle of incarceration and poverty by helping people find their way to self-sufficiency... Second Chance Program intends to implement an efficient referral system in order that best practice is observed through cooperative multi agency working.
