Welcome to the Tab-tag project. A pioneering global project developed to empower patients to understand when to take their medication. Patients are often handed complicated prescriptions with a list of medication to taken at specific times in specific doses, in addition sometimes pharmacies also provide counter instructions or alternate medication with more instructions. We tend to ignore that a patient by definition is a person who is unwell and unable to take care of themselves. And yet, we burden them with hard to remember information and expect them to follow these instructions accurately without any change everyday. And it can be a scary propect for the elderly, the economically challenged, the visually impaired and people of all age groups in general, leading to our loved ones to abandon the medication in frustration. Having tracked this behaviour across all platforms, leads us to the conclusion that in the patient's mind, the taking of medication has become a dreaded task. This..
