Daniel Bullard IV

Dan Bullard has forty years of experience as a civil litigator. He is well respected statewide by counsel for plaintiffs and defendants. Dan is the Senior Partner of Bullard, Wangerin & Corbett, LLP. In 1983, Dan graduated from Mercer University Walter F. George Law School and began his career in law. Since that time, he has represented plaintiffs and defendants in tort, commercial and construction litigation. Dan has represented a number of major insurance companies in defense litigation. Since beginning his legal career, Dan has been lead counsel in hundreds of cases in State and Federal Courts in Georgia that involved catastrophic brain injury, wrongful death and serious bodily injury. Over that period of time, Dan has been involved in hundreds of mediations that were successfully resolved.

Erin Smith Corbett

Erin began litigating with this firm in an "of counsel" capacity in 2009, then joined Dan Bullard and Kevin Wangerin as a partner in 2018. Erin has been actively practicing in Georgia since 2004, and has experience in both state and federal courts with trial and appellate practice. Erin primarily defends civil actions based in allegations of personal injury, and premises liability. Erin has lived in Georgia since 2001 when she moved to Macon to attend law school at Mercer. Her legal career began with defending criminal actions in Columbus, Georgia. In 2005, Erin returned to Macon where she worked as an associate at a small firm representing counties, zoning commissions, as well as individuals in both criminal and civil matters.

Kevin A. Wangerin

Kevin A. Wangerin began his legal career working for the Attorney General of the State of Georgia where he represented the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Natural Resources. After serving as an Assistant Attorney General Kevin went into private practice in Forsyth, Georgia where he practiced for ten years. Kevin was appointed by Governor Roy Barnes to serve as Superior Court Judge in the Towaliga Judicial Circuit. Kevin joined the law firm of Bullard & Wangerin in 2003 where he specializes in civil litigation and trial practice. Kevin has been lead counsel in over 100 civil trials in State and Federal courts throughout Georgia. Outside of work Kevin enjoys playing tennis, working with young men and women through the Boy Scouts of America Venturing program and serving in his local church Forsyth United Methodist. Kevin is married to Hollie Wangerin and they have three children.
