Started in 2003 by Takahiro Sato, Yosaku seeks to share Japanese culture through the foods of Japan. Yosaku is now owned and operated by Rattanak Tray, a sushi chef for over 30 years, who has been with Yosaku since the beginning. YOSAKU is a Japanese-owned SUSHI restaurant featuring premium quality sushi near the Portland Maine waterfront. Serving SUSHI, SASHIMI, TEMPURA SOBA NOODLES... Yosaku boasts an extensive selection of fish and shellfish sourced locally and from all over the world, selecting only the best quality and often the most expensive cuts for its sushi and sashimi. In the kitchen, we serve many traditional foods of Japan including tempura, katsu-don, udon and soba noodles.
