Wayahead Training was founded in 2015, and since then has grown to develop relationships with many schools across the UK, to support their DofE provision. We also deliver adult training courses and work in partnership with many local youth organisations around the High Peak and beyond. Mike & Carmel have worked in the outdoor sector for a great many years in a variety of settings, and have extensive knowledge and experience of the industry... However, Wayahead Training is only successful due to the energy, enthusiasm and professionalism of our wider instructional freelance team. We have a great many Associate Trainers who work with us regularly to provide exceptional training and support to our client schools and their pupils.
