Charlotte Quinn

Charlotte is part of our front of house team and was born in Wantage. A University Graduate, Charlotte loves living and working in the area and raising her young family with her husband. A well-established and popular member of the team, Charlotte enjoys meeting people and helping them find their perfect home and is an advocate for living in this historic area. A former sales client herself, from experience Charlotte is a great ambassador for the Company and enjoys renovating her home in her spare time and socialising with her husband, family and friends.

Graham Douglas

Graham is the founding partner of D&S. Graham's career in estate agency began in 1986 and has seen him in working in Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire with the last 28 years based in Wantage. Graham has developed a reputation as a highly proactive agent, whose strong negotiation skills have attained him a client base spanning several generations. Outside of the business Graham is a keen sports enthusiast; having previously played for Wantage Town FC, he still actively enjoys the game and the company proudly sponsors the FREDS (Wantage Town Under 17's team). Graham also appreciates family life with his young children and wife Rachel at their home in rural Oxfordshire. Harry has joined D&S focussing on our social media and online marketing. After Harry finished his A Levels, he travelled parts of Australia and gained valuable work experience in the housing sector on his gap year working for a corporate lettings agency. Harry is now in his penultimate year of an undergraduate degree in a Bachelors of Laws (LLB) at the University of Liverpool. As well as having a keen interest in marketing and social media, Harry's other hobbies include long-distance running and walking around rural Oxfordshire with his friends, family and Labrador.

Jonathan Bright

Jonathan is the founding director of J Finance. He has been a financial planner for nearly 30 years with a bias towards mortgages and a wealth of experience working with estate agents. Jonathan created J Finance to offer not only excellent advice based on the whole of the market, but help throughout the buying process and beyond. He works with his own clients as well as managing a team of likeminded advisers. In his spare time Jonathan is a keen mountain biker, hill walker and skier. He mixes these healthy pastimes with a passion for food and entertaining.

Lily Sansum

Lily has recently joined our successful team dealing primarily as the first point of contact for clients having held an administrative role with a large science research company after successfully finishing university. Lily has a good work ethic, friendly can-do attitude and excellent listening ear and attention to detail. Lily is already showing a real aptitude in her role within the industry. Having just recently bought her first new home with her fiancé in a neighbouring Wiltshire village, Lily enjoys family life with her fiancé and their pets, as well as socialising with friends and travelling. We seeing Lily flourish in her role and welcome her to our team.

Rachel Douglas

Rachel is a Partner at D&S bringing with her over 16 year's experience in estate agency within many key aspects of the industry covering several counties with the South East. Prior to estate agency Rachel held long standing client focused positions with a cross section of industries. Raised within an entrepreneurial family with interests in the construction industry, her interest in property began at a young age. Outside of the business Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, horses, and animals with husband Graham at their home in rural Oxfordshire.

Rebekah Reade

Rebekah is our Lettings Property Manager. Having been educated in Pakistan before moving to the UK Rebekah enjoys travel and property renovation, whilst raising her raising young family with her husband in their latest project in a nearby Oxfordshire downland village. Before estate agency, Rebekah has held strong client focused positions with a well-known book retailer and thoroughly enjoyed matching people to literature in her role. Rebekah started her career in property with our Sales team and after several successful years working part-time and weekends, she has recently joined our Lettings team in the capacity of full time Property Manager. Rebekah's organisational and client skills is seeing her flourish in this role.
