Dr. Douglas Mader is the founder and President of SigmaPro Inc., an internationally recognized consulting firm that specializes in the deployment of Lean Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma systems. Doug has trained and certified hundreds of Executives, Champions, Master Black Belts, Black Belts, and quality practitioners for clients including the American Society for Quality, the Six Sigma Academy and many top companies. Prior to the formation of SigmaPro Inc., Doug held several notable positions in the Six Sigma field. He was a Vice President with the Six Sigma Academy, where he led the Design for Six Sigma business unit. He was also a corporate director of Design for Six Sigma at Seagate, where he helped develop and implement innovative approaches to the design of products and services. Doug held the position of quality program manager in Hewlett-Packard's corporate quality organization, where he was responsible for the deployment of Six Sigma. Prior to joining HP, Doug held the position of principal staff scientist with Motorola's Six Sigma Research Institute (SSRI). At SSRI, he was instrumental in the development of the original Six Sigma Black Belt model and was Motorola's very first Master Black Belt. Doug earned a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Colorado State University, an MS in Mathematics from Colorado School of Mines, and a BS in Engineering Physics from South Dakota State University.

Mr. Achim Muckenschnabl holds a master's degree in engineering and has more than 15 years experience in the field of Six Sigma. As a Master Black Belt he deployed Six Sigma (DMAIC and DFSS) for a well-recognized, multinational Japanese Corporation. Here he was also a Member of the European Six Sigma Steering Committee and a Lead Instructor for the Corporation's Black Belt training program. He also held the position of a Manager for Strategic Planning and Innovation, where he was directly leading, mentoring and coaching 20 Black Belts, delivering 60 - 80 projects per year with a significant impact to bottom line and revenue growth. He has also led many projects by himself as a Master Black Belt or Black Belt, where he twice received the prestigious global project award directly from the Corporation's President and CEO. Achim is a Speaker at European Six Sigma Conferences, a qualified Trainer and Statistical Expert due to the standards of "German Authority for Quality" and Instructor for German TÜV Academy. He has trained Champions, Black Belts, Green and Yellow Belts for Companies such as Toshiba, Siemens, MTU, Sanofi-Aventis, Schott, Automation Tooling Systems (ATS), Elbe Group, Behr Group.

Mr. Chris Rees is a certified Six Sigma Champion and Master Black Belt and has developed and delivered training on such subjects as Six Sigma, TQM, IS09000, QS9000/ TS16949, Taguchi methods, SPC, Problem solving, Business Process Improvement, Project Management, Process Auditing and many others. His consulting activities have included implementing management systems to meet ISO9001 and TS16949, setting up business improvement and lean programs for both large and small organizations, developing business strategies for automotive and training businesses, and supporting project teams on many initiatives. Prior to joining SigmaPro he was a Director of IT services company Systems Advance, leading the company's consultancy division, and developed a business strategy to combine process consultancy with IT services. Before moving into consultancy, Chris worked for the Moss Plastic Parts group of companies and was responsible for Quality improvement across its European operations. Prior to this, he worked in telecommunications for Rainford Group, and was responsible for the company achieving the prestigious status of preferred supplier to Motorola. Prior to this he worked for Caradon Mira as Group Quality Manager, took the company through IS09001, and was involved in setting up the company's Competitive Business Program. He also held various engineering and management positions with Lucas, where he successfully led a project to introduce SPC into company operations and was site coordinator for Taguchi methods. Chris was instrumental in the company's successful acquisition of IS09001 and the Ford Q1 award.

Mr. Weixing Yu is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of East Asia Operations for SigmaPro, looking after the operations in China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan. Before joining SigmaPro, Weixing was an IBM certified Six Sigma trainer and consultant and the very first certified DFSS Black Belt and Master Black Belt for IBM Microelectronics Division (MD). He was certified by Dr. Douglas Mader as a Master Black Belt instructor at IBM. Weixing has over 10 years of experience in training, project coaching, and corporate deployment in Lean Six Sigma and DFSS for numerous industrial and service orgnizations. Weixing has helped over 100 clients including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Yanfeng Group, IBM China, Apple, Voith, Anderitz, Shell Lubricant, Maersk, McDonlad, Cargill, Roche Diagnosis, Sanofei, Home Credit China, ResourcePro. The world leader in auto trim systems -- Yanfeng Johnson Group, has hired Weixing for four consecutive years for a continued DFSS deployment starting in 2012. Weixing has a Bachelor's of Engineering from Hubei Industrial University in China as well as a Master's in Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Ms. Sofía Rendón is the managing director for SigmaPro Americas, which focuses its efforts on providing customers tools to achieve the highest standards of excellence. Sofia has 13 years of experience serving important organizations in México and Latin America that are implementing the Lean Six Sigma methodology such as: Accenture (México), AIG Seguros (Colombia), Alliax, Galvak, Hylsa, IMSS (Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social), CFE (Comisión Federal de Electricidad), Siemens, Universidad Tec Milenio, and many others. Sofía has a Bachelor's degree in marketing and a masters degree in information technology from Tec de Monterrey.
