As CEO, Eddie has been responsible for expanding the business through new office openings in Milan, Santiago, Dublin, Belfast, and Mexico City. With over 25 years' experience, Eddie has specialist expertise in retail, hotels, telecommunications facilities, workspace and fit-out.
As well as being registered with the ARB in the UK, Eddie has been a member of the Architektenkammer Berlin and L'Ordre d'Architectes Île-de-France for over twenty years.

Eva joined Hyphen in Madrid in 2002 and became a director in 2011. She has over twenty years' experience in delivering international brand roll-outs for clients across a range of commercial sectors and specialises in retail, workplace and logistics. She is a member of the Board of directors, responsible for new business, and is currently leading Hyphen's expansion in Latin America.

Felipe joined Hyphen in 2021 as a senior architect and was promoted to associate in 2022. His enthusiasm, great communication skills and software management abilities have positioned him rapidly in front of clients, managing projects and coordinating a hand-picked team of architectural Revit specialists. Felipe has also led the implementation of the special projects team, a dedicated team for supporting our European offices in the data centre sector.

Based in Santiago de Chile, Matias is an architect and business leader, overseeing Hyphen's growth in Latin America, as a director at Hyphen. In the data centre sector he is a consultant on Latin American developments, advising hyperscale clients and helping them to navigate the overall strategic planning and design development process, from site selection, early concepts and masterplanning, through design development and permitting, to construction and beyond.

As Chief Operating Officer, Company Secretary and Director, Sarah plays a vital role in ensuring Hyphen's corporate responsibility. She holds an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from the University of Southampton and has worked for the company for over 30 years. As well as her Board-level responsibilities, Sarah manages corporate governance.
Sebastián began his career at Hyphen in 2017 and was promoted to senior architect in 2021 and associate in 2022. Since then he has been leading teams in our retail and workplace sectors, with a track-record of more than 10 anchor store projects in Chile and over 25 luxury projects throughout Latin America. Sebastian's strong architectural skills, analytical decision making and communication capabilities, have positioned him as a leader in interior design, and technical and quality referral.
Wayne joined the company in 2014 and became a director in 2018. He has managed projects for some of Hyphen's most influential clients, including Michael Kors, Tesla and Spaces. As well as his board-level responsibilities, Wayne helps manage Hyphen's London office.
Xavier joined the company in 2000 as a director. He has experience delivering projects across many commercial sectors including retail, offices, hospitality and mixed-use & residential. As well as his board-level responsibilities, Xavier helps manage Hyphen's Paris office.
