Jordan Randell

Jordan grew up in Minnedosa but spent many summers in Gilbert Plains on her grandparents' acreage. During the summer she would help her grandpa custom combine in the fall which ignited her passion for agriculture. Working for a summer at PCDF in Roblin was also a big step into enjoying all that the Parkland has to offer. Jordan also got to experience working with large scale plots around SW Manitoba while filling the role of summer student with Bayer. Jordan graduated in the Spring of 2020 from the University of Manitoba's Agriculture Diploma Program with a major in Crop Production and is a proud Aggie! Jordan enjoys spending time at the lake and enjoying various activities in the winter.

Mae Dietrich

Mae lives in Roblin with her husband and started working for Miles and Karen in the Fall of 2022. Mae has 4 grandchildren that keep her very busy! Some of Mae's hobbies include down hill skiing at Asessippi or in the mountains during the winter and loves time at the lake on their boat in the summer.

Miles Williamson

Miles' passion for the agriculture industry and his drive to see his customers succeed launched him to start his independent consultant career in 2006, after almost 20 years in the Ag Retail business. He grew up on a farm near Belmont, MB and moved to Brandon where he received a Diploma in Agribusiness. Miles has 2 sons who keep him busy. He enjoys curling, whether he is curling himself, or coaching his son. Miles also loves the NFL, roots for the Dallas Cowboys, and is a general sports trivia buff.

Wendy McDonald

Wendy grew up, as a member of the 5th generation, on the McConnell family cattle and grain farm, near Gladstone, Manitoba. She attended the University of Manitoba and graduated with a degree in Agronomy, in 1998. Wendy worked for one year in Red Deer, AB and then with Manitoba farmers, as an agronomist for over 20 years, at Crop Input sites and Grain Elevators for Agricore/Agricore United and P&H in Western Manitoba. Currently, she enjoys crop scouting, soil sampling, and making recommendations as an Independent Crop Consultant, with 360 Ag Consulting, in the Parkland. Wendy resides at Gilbert Plains, MB with her 2 daughters, KC and Connelly, and her favorite farmer: her new husband Brian. Wendy loves to be a cheerleader for Agriculture, and to promote Agriculture as a rewarding option to those considering their career path. Wendy has enjoyed contributing as a councillor with Agrologists Manitoba, and an advisory member for the ACC Agribusiness Program, Manitoba Agronomist Conference, and Prairie Certified Crop Advisors Exam. Being an Ag in the Classroom volunteer has also been a highlight. Wendy feels extremely grateful to be recognized as the 2019 Prairie Region Certified Crop Advisor of the Year and the 2020 Canadian Association of Agri Retailers Agronomist of the Year.
