It is focused on building an analytics platform that will allow WebEx customers and partners an unprecedented level of visibility into what is needed to meet their desired business outcomes... Customers are focused on business outcomes. Tools are simply a means to an end in achieving those outcomes. Billions of dollars are spent globally each year on enterprise tools, with little to no way of telling how much those same tools are contributing to meeting business outcomes. Most Customer Success or Adoption software can show total usage, but they fall short when it comes to deep metrics and analytics that will tell partners and IT departments where to focus their efforts next.
