Ashish has been credited to have successfully built the company's financial architecture from its foundation, establishing credit lines and building its revenue base. Over the years, Ashish's responsibilities expanded to include Business Strategy, Operations Management, Risk Management and Human Resources. As CEO of Alpha Corp Development Private Limited, Ashish is primarily responsible for driving business growth in the company. His focus lies in implementing the Board's mandate to continuously enhance the company's long-standing reputation of being professional, ethical, transparent and oriented towards deliverability, key concerns of the sector today. To this end, he has been pivotal in instituting processes such as the mandatory use of Escrow accounts. Ashish envisions enhancing the scale and size of the company's operations by bringing out an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the coming few years.

A civil engineering professional with a career spanning over almost three decades, Kamal has acquired profound technical knowledge and also indisputable business acumen when it comes to the real estate industry. He started his career with Ansal Properties & Industries Ltd. with some of the state-of- the-art residential & commercial developments at Connaught Place, New Delhi. He continued his progress with Dalmia International and Usha Group in financial and market feasibility analysis, statutory liaison, project financing and business development. Kamal joined Alpha Corp in 2006 and since then has led the organisation's business development department. At Alpha Corp, Kamal's responsibilities include business development, analysing new projects, assessing financial feasibility and statutory liaising.

An alumnus of the prestigious Delhi College of Engineering, Mukul possesses a deep understanding of construction technologies and efficient project management procedures. During his tenure with reputed corporations such as Mahindra GESCO (now Mahindra Lifespaces), DLF and Moser Baer, he was credited with steering the development of some of the most distinguishable and iconic developments in northern India. With a career spanning over almost three decades, Mukul has acquired an enviable blend of technical knowledge and skill to build state-of-the-art developments and the business acumen to turn them into successful commercial ventures. Mukul's experience in delivering projects across asset-classes within challenging timeframes and his exposure to several facets of the industry, lend themselves to his role as the custodian of the company's project development team.

Santosh is a chartered accountant and has an experience of more than 2 decades in streamlining business operations that drive growth, increase efficiency and bottomline profit. Santosh has hands on experience in forging partnerships with financial institutions and private equity players and has been credited with successfully managing Foreign Direct Investments in the organisation. He possesses a profound knowledge of real estate bylaws, tax and audit systems and therefore drives the organisation's critical financial decisions in new and existing ventures. As the Chief Financial Officer of Alpha Corp Development Private Limited, Santosh is responsible for managing the financial performance of the organisation.
