Alan Stuhr - Alan graduated from the University of California at Irvine in 1990 with a bachelor's degree in economics. After graduation he began a career path in lending with a large consumer finance company. It was here that Alan learned how to balance the needs of the consumer while navigating the loan process. In 1993, Alan entered the retail mortgage lending profession and has been focused on real estate lending ever since. Alan managed large staffs in three different cities while earning numerous awards for excellence. Just after 2000, Alan joined a former colleague to help build a wholesale lending company that would be able to offer more personalized service at a lower price to home owners. In 2007, Alan decided to take all the knowledge that he had accumulated and bring a personal touch to the task of real estate lending by opening Avid Mortgage Solutions. He continues to adhere to the same high level service and affordable priced standards that have been his trademark for well over twenty years.
Robert Hart - Rob started his career as a mobile notary after serving as a commercial pilot. In 2002, he opened his first company, Priority Signings, a nationwide mobile notary service that primarily serviced the mortgage industry. In late 2006, he took his success and started a real estate investment company in which he is still a managing principle. Several years later he took a position with a Fortune 500 company where he managed the top purchase money mortgage team for three years in a row. In 2015, he accepted a Vice President of Sales position at another direct lender. During this time, he realized there was a hole in the industry of people and companies to help make the mortgage process easy. This realization brought him together with Alan and they decided to grow Avid Mortgage Solutions and make it a fixture in the lending world.
