Abhishek, a Post graduate in Business Administration, is an avid reader and a travel enthusiast. One of the perks of his 19 years long corporate journey was the opportunity to interact with the enterprising entrepreneurs throughout the country. He has worked with HDFC Bank for 10 years and ING Vysya (Kotak Mahindra) for 9 years. While he started off with Retail Operations, his real interest was always in Business Development. He was a part of the team that had set up Retail Assets Business in HDFC Bank and was one of the key member of ING Vysya's SME Lending Business.

Girish, an INSEAD alumnus has an entrepreneurial spirit. His creative bend and eye for detail, makes him a strategist & a planner rolled into one. In his diverse experience of 19 years in Financial Services, he has managed P&L responsibilities as well as support functions like Risk & Product Management, within and outside India. He specializes in setting up new Business Units. He was one of the founding members of SME Banking Credit Acceptance Unit in SCB, India and was a part of the core team that established a strong Business Banking franchise in ING Vysya Bank.

Rahul is MBA in Finance with over 18 years of banking experience. Having lead Business as well as Risk Teams in Institutions like ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and ING Vysya (Kotak Mahindra), Rahul has covered most aspects of MSME & Retail Lending. His strength lies in his strategic thinking and seamless execution abilities along with strong relationship management skills. His rich experience in national roles has facilitated him with unique ability to gain insight into the financial needs of Small Business Enterprises across the country.

Sharad is the Executive Director and CEO of real estate funds at Motilal Oswal Alternates (MOA). Sharad joined MOA in 2013. With over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, Sharad has been instrumental in building MOA's real estate investment platform.Sharad has helped steer the growth of MOA's real estate investment business from scratch to an AUM of more than INR 5,300 Cr. having made more than 80 investments across 8 cities in India through the platform during this time. With keen attention on active asset management of the portfolio, he has also established a strong record of profitable exits from investments. Sharad has also been proficient in raising capital commitments from both domestic and global investors. Prior to joining MOA, Sharad was associated with ICICI Prudential AMC, ICICI Bank,ASK Property Investment Advisors and First Rand Bank. Sharad is a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) National Committee on Real Estate & Housing. He is also a member of IMC Chamber of Commerce & Industry committee on Urban Development, Smart Cities, Real Estate and Infrastructure. Sharad is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).Sharad is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate from Delhi University.

Vikram has a Bachelor's in Commerce (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He also has a Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from Delhi University. He started his career in 2001 and was a founding member of the ICICI Bank's Home Finance Team in Delhi where he acquired expertise in Credit and Risk functions in Retail Lending. In 2006, Vikram left the corporate world to join and build upon his family's practice of law and compliance.
