We make our own chicken liver paté, with brandy and herbs. We make our own hummus, and we don't shirk on the garlic. We make our own, unique and delicious salads - red cabbage, carrot, couscous, pasta, beans - with orange, soy, balsamic - all manner of dressings. We make scones daily - to our own, special recipe. We make exceptional quiche - like you've never tasted - with brie, taleggio, feta, leeks, blue cheese, chorizo, mushrooms, caramelised onions, Mediterranean vegetables… The list goes on... We set out to find the best coffee supplier in Britain. We wanted the good stuff and no messing about. It took a while - years -and as often happens with these things, rather than us finding a company, a company found us...
