C. Brent Parker was born in Port of Spain, Trinidad on July 18, 1963. He was admitted to the bar in 1988 for California and is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California, U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court.
Education: Colorado State University (B.S., with distinction, 1985), Phi Beta Kappa; University of Denver (J.D., 1988).
