CASEY & SAYRE - Key Persons

Arent Fox

We arranged an interview for Aaron Jacoby, who leads Arent Fox's automotive practice, with the editor of Automotive News at the 2013 NADA confernece in Orlando. We subsequently secured an opportunity for Jacoby to present a webinar for the publication's Power Training series focused on the same fraud issues he addressed as a speaker at the convention, not only providing an inside look at real cases, but also how to recognize a potential problem and develop an effective fraud-preservation strategy. A partner in Arent Fox's automotive group had in-depth knowledge of the impact of court rulings on arbitration provisions-a decision that would impact multiple industries. Capitalizing on his insight, we pitched target publications and helped to hone by-line articles for several industries. We received cross-platform placement in trade, legal and business publications.
