Jeff brought more than 20 years of domestic and international business leadership to PRIDE Industries when he joined in 2008. Since then, he has held a variety of roles within the company, including Controller from 2008 - 2014, VP of Finance from 2014 - 2016, and Chief Financial Officer from 2016 - 2018. Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Drexel University, Sacramento. Jeff joined PRIDE Industries in 2008, serving in a variety of finance and operational positions before stepping into the role of President in 2018. In 2021, he was named President and CEO by the Board of Directors. During his tenure as head of PRIDE Industries, Jeff has continued to expand the company's mission across the nation, increasing services for people with disabilities and leading the company into new markets to support that mission. She also develops partnerships with businesses, agency partners, and disability organizations for customer, mission, and candidate growth.
Since joining PRIDE Industries in 2020, Leah has boosted the company's recognition, transformed its marketing and sales support function, spearheaded the launch of the Customer Experience program, expanded The Michael Ziegler PRIDE Industries Foundation, and launched the I AM ABLE Helpline, a one-of-a-kind employment helpline for people with disabilities and barriers to employment. She also conceived of a Disability Job Fair concept that will launch in October 2023.

Stephanie leads all accounting department operations, including cultivating and maintaining the company's strategic banking relationships. In her leadership role, Stephanie directs external financial audits of all PRIDE Industries legal entities, and ensures compliance with all tax and financial reporting rules. She also ensures adherence to federal acquisition regulations and cost accounting standards.
Stephanie joined PRIDE Industries in 2017 as Controller. In that role, she led several key initiatives for the accounting department. When PRIDE Industries merged with two companies over two consecutive years-Crossroads and Partnerships with Industry (PWI)-it was Stephanie who led the integration of the multiple accounting systems, ensuring timely compliance with all accounting and financial reporting rules. Prior to joining PRIDE Industries, Stephanie was a controller for SBM, an international, commercial custodial company. Early in her career, she worked at the public accounting firm Perry-Smith, LLP (now Crowe Horwath).
