Andrew Jensen is a Cloud Accounting Advisor with Financial Solution Advisors. He brings over a decade of experience supporting small businesses with accounting services ranging from bookkeeping, payroll, AP/AR, financial projections, budgets, purchasing, and much more. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago and is also a Notary Public.
Andrew resides in North Carolina with his wife and children. He enjoys cycling, taekwondo, and hanging out with his family.
Brittney Horton is a Data Support Specialist at Financial Solution Advisors, where she helps to ensure that our clients' tax matters are completed on time and assists with any questions they may have.
Brittney's background includes assisting with bookkeeping and filing at a local construction company, as well as assisting with client outreach and paperwork at a car dealership.
Brittney resides in Middleburg, Florida, with her boyfriend and their two-year-old fur baby. On weekends, they enjoy spending time together either at the racetrack, where her boyfriend drives a racecar, or relaxing somewhere near the water.

Carolyn Rawls is a Senior Cloud Accounting Advisor at Financial Solution Advisors. Carolyn became a member of the Financial Solution Advisors team in January 2018 and has over a dozen years of experience in public accounting. She also holds an undergraduate and graduate degree in Accounting, Financial Management, and Business Administration. She specializes in bookkeeping and helping clients understand bookkeeping practices by providing accurate, professional, and strong customer service (and gentle humor) for various business needs, no matter how large or small. She also provides back-office work including sales tax filings, bill-paying, payroll processing, month-end accounting, and tax preparation for businesses and individuals.

Catherine A. Brown ("Cathy") is the Director of Tax at Financial Solution Advisors. Cathy has more than eight years of experience in public accounting. Her experience includes multi-state partnership and corporate returns with a focus on service businesses, individual tax planning and tax return filing, and federal and state compliance and representation.
Cathy is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She regularly participates in community volunteer and fundraising activities, such as the recent Walk to End Alzheimer's, Buddy Check Virtual 12k, Junior Achievement, and HabiJax.
Cathy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Accountancy at the University of North Florida.
Cathy resides in Jacksonville, Florida with her husband John, her daughter Gwendolyn, and her two beautiful rescue cats, Sylvie and Mick Nugget.

Christina completed her Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Florida Atlantic University and went on to teach math, science, and technology for ten years. She has also worked as a project manager and bookkeeper, and has experience running her own small business.
Christina lives in Jacksonville, FL. She and her husband love to travel, hang out at the beach, and spend time with her twin nieces.

Cindy Monk is the Firm Administrator at Financial Solution Advisors. Her extensive background in accounting helps her understand the needs of the firm's various business functions, ensuring that the admin team can provide support to all of the tax and accounting professionals. Previously, Cindy was a member of the cloud accounting division, where she helped clients migrate their bookkeeping to cloud-based apps and benefit from process automation. She has over two decades of experience in the accounting profession.
Cindy and her family live in Middleburg, Florida. She loves to travel and spend time with her family, and she's always looking for ways to help and support people in need. She brings that passion into the office by organizing many of the FSA Gives Back initiatives.

Cristin has over 15 years of experience in public and private accounting and is a licensed CPA in the state of Hawaii. She holds a Bachelor's in Accounting from James Madison University and currently lives in Ponte Vedra. Outside of work, you can find Cristin spending time with her family at the beach or bike trail, as well as working on DIY house projects.

Crystal McCarthy, MBA, is the Cloud Accounting Team Lead at Financial Solution Advisors. She has found her niche in public accounting by streamlining business processes and helping clients with their day-to-day accounting needs. Being a cloud accounting leader, Crystal has a wealth of knowledge in monthly financials, automated accounting software, and providing client support.
Crystal is a native of the Lowcountry in South Carolina. She currently resides in Jacksonville, FL, but if you can't find her, search your nearest airport. Crystal loves to travel, and exploring new destinations is her passion.
Darlene Witham, EA is a Tax Senior at Financial Solution Advisors. She is an Enrolled Agent and has over twenty years of public accounting experience. Her primary focus is on corporate and partnership tax preparation. Her experience includes multi-state corporate and partnership tax preparation, individual tax planning and preparation, federal and state compliance, as well as past audit experience.
Darlene completed her Associate of Science degree in Accounting at Husson University and later completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management at St. Johns River State College.
Darlene resides in Fleming Island and enjoys traveling, visiting national parks, hiking, genealogy, and most of all spending time with her family.
Donald L. Drummond ("Don") is a Partner at Financial Solution Advisors. Don has over 26 years of public accounting experience. He focuses on personal and business taxation, financial planning, and tax audit representation/resolution. He also has extensive experience consulting with clients concerning cash flow, operation, and profitability analysis; accounting system design; and entity structure.
Don served as a board member of IPAC Jax, Inc., is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Don earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Don resides in Orange Park, Florida, and is happily married to Jennie with two wonderful children, Sarah and Matthew. Don and his family are active members of Shepherd of the Woods Lutheran Church where Don also plays in the church spirit band.
Emily Puglisi, CPA, offers tax advice and guidance, specializing in business tax matters. She began her career as an auditor before shifting to bookkeeping and tax accounting. Emily earned her accounting degree with a minor in business administration from University of Maryland Global Campus Europe. She is a licensed CPA in the State of Florida and is an AICPA member. She lives in St. Johns, FL, with her husband and two cats, where she enjoys reading, bullet journaling, and watching Frasier.
Heidi Alles is a Principal at Financial Solution Advisors. Heidi is a licensed CPA in Florida, North Carolina, and Oregon with a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Taxation from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon.
Heidi has over 20 years of diverse accounting and tax experience with consulting, planning, and preparation services to businesses, individuals, and exempt organizations. Heidi has also successfully assisted businesses and their owners in claiming millions in state, federal and global research incentives. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).
Heidi lives in Apopka, Florida. She and her husband, J.P., enjoy hiking and the beach, being active in their church, and spending time with their fur family. Heidi also enjoys volunteering with animal rescues. She has a special affinity for big cats, having rescued and raised Bobcats.
Isaac J. Brohinsky is a Partner at Financial Solution Advisors. Isaac has almost two decades of experience with business taxation and working with the IRS and other tax authorities as a licensed CPA/PFS. He focuses on personal and business taxation, business consulting and outsourced CFO services, and financial planning.
Prior to joining Financial Solution Advisors, Isaac was an office manager for Word of Life Gospel Productions. He holds a Masters of Accounting and Masters of Divinity from Liberty University. Isaac also serves as the President and Chief Compliance Officer for Financial Independence Advisors, LLC. Isaac is on the Elder Board of his church Westside Chapel, and is a director of FSA Gives Back. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Isaac resides in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife Bethany and sons Elijah and Benjamin. Isaac and Bethany have been extraordinarily blessed through the adoption of their two sons from Ethiopia.
Jacob Albritton is an Intern at Financial Solution Advisors. He is currently working in the tax division, supporting the partners in preparing tax documents.
Before coming to FSA, Jacob worked for nine months as an intern for a CFO services business, maintaining the daily accounting operations of a few companies, including a non-profit. He is studying for his accounting degree at the University of North Florida and plans to continue his studies in finance.
Jacob has lived in Jacksonville for his whole life. Along with serving and teaching the youth in his church, Jacob also serves in a campus ministry, Epic College Ministries. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching and playing sports, and planning his upcoming wedding with his fiancée.
Jenna Tilley is a Tax Senior at Financial Solution Advisors PLLC, where she helps prepare business and personal tax returns.
Prior to joining FSA, Jenna worked as a legal assistant for a criminal defense attorney. She earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration with a focus on accounting at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
Jenna lives in Jacksonville and enjoys spending her free time soaking up the Florida sunshine and exploring the city with her husband.

Joel C. Chamberlain is a CPA/PFS for entrepreneurs and Founding Member at Financial Solution Advisors. Joel provides tax planning, preparation, and consulting services to middle-market companies in a variety of industries. His other areas of focus include individual financial planning; healthcare consulting; family office consulting; cloud-based accounting systems and process efficiency; assisting clients with trusts and other generational planning vehicles; helping not-for-profit organizations to have a greater impact in the communities they serve.
Joel launched his first firm, Chamberlain & Associates, in 2001, and later merged with Financial Solution Advisors Today, his vision for the firm is to provide holistic, customized financial services that help clients meet their goals through the expertise of the firm's talented team and the efficiencies made possible by cloud accounting tech. Understanding that the best client service is only possible with the best people working together, Joel works continuously to ensure a best-place-to-work environment. The firm's workplace has been honored with accolades from local and national publications every year since 2014.
Joel currently serves on the board of Episcopal Children's Services, which serves over 25,000 vulnerable Florida children and families annually with high-quality early learning support, as well as comprehensive health and wellness services. John currently serves as a finance committee member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Previously, he served as Treasurer of We Care Jacksonville, Inc., which facilitates connecting low-income and uninsured patients to compassionate medical care.

For over 20 years Kenny has been helping clients achieve their financial goals by developing tax-saving strategies and long-term financial plans. Kenny specializes in tax planning, financial planning and consulting for individuals, trusts, estates, nonprofits and all types of businesses, including start-ups and complex large organizations. He has extensive experience with entrepreneurs, realtors, real estate investors & developers, construction companies, and nonprofits.
Prior to joining the Firm, Kenny spent seven years in the industry as a Chief Financial Officer where he managed the operations and finances of several commonly owned businesses and nonprofit organizations. These companies operated across the U.S. and internationally. With this experience, Kenny brings a wide range of services to his business and nonprofit clients including multi-state nexus analysis, international taxation, CFO consulting services, accounting system setup & design, and financial statement analysis.
Kenny graduated from Troy University where he earned his accounting degree and is a member of the University's Baseball Hall of Fame. Megan has a BS in Graphic Design from Grand Valley State University, with a minor in Business. She was an Office Manager and Executive Assistant for a combined 12 years, and also has over eight years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
Megan lives in Shelby, North Carolina, where she is the treasurer of a Christian non-profit called The Baton Pass. She also coaches youth soccer in her free time.
Megan has been married to her husband, Steve, for 19 years. The couple has four daughters, two dogs, and ten chickens. They all love being outside and staying active with sports, swimming, and hiking. Megan's secret wish is to be able to ride ATVs with her family for fun.
Michael McLeod, CPA, MAcc is a Partner at Financial Solution Advisors. Michael has over fifteen years of public accounting experience and focuses on providing tax consulting, planning, and preparation services to both businesses and individuals. Additionally, he has experience with business valuation and litigation support.

Michael graduated from Purdue University. He currently volunteers for the Street Ministry to provide assistance to the homeless. Michael resides in Jacksonville, Fl, and enjoys spending his free time relaxing by the water, with friends and family, or playing the drums.

Nelson Greene is a Business Development Coordinator at Financial Solution Advisors. Nelson works closely with individuals and families to help them prepare for a purpose-filled retirement.
Nelson received his bachelor's and master's degree from the University of North Florida, located in Jacksonville, Florida. He has earned the CFP®️ certification, which is considered to be the standard of excellence in financial planning. This designation allows him to serve clients who may have complex planning needs across various aspects of financial life, such as tax and estate planning, risk management, investments, and retirement planning. Prior to joining Financial Solution Advisors, Nelson worked with a boutique investment management firm based out of Chicago that specializes in equity and derivative investments. He has also held various leadership roles in financial technology, banking, and institutional wealth management.
Outside of his work and education experience, he has also been involved with a number of local non-profit organizations such as Take Stock in Children, the United Way of Northeast Florida, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Nelson resides in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife Brittani. They are expecting their first child in February 2022. In their free time, they enjoy the beach and other water-related activities.

Nicholas Lockridge is a Cloud Accounting and Tax Associate at Financial Solution Advisors PLLC, where he assists in financial reporting, billing, and month end accounting.
Prior to joining FSA, Nicholas completed three internships in finance and accounting, one being with Financial Solution Advisors. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Trinity Baptist College and currently resides in Jacksonville. In his free time, Nicholas enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer and basketball, and relaxing with a good TV show or movie.
Nicole Wilkin, CPA, is a Director of Tax at Financial Solution Advisors PLLC. With a top-down approach to clients' business and personal goals, Nicole assists businesses in creating financial structures and supports our partners with their business clients. She's also tasked with managing new market growth in Southwest Florida, opening FSA's Punta Gorda office.
Nicole has over 25 years of experience in finance and taxation, working with individuals and various business entities. In addition to her extensive tax experience, her background includes involvement with corporate sales and mergers as well as business start-ups. She is a licensed CPA in the states of Florida and California. Nicole received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University Northridge.
Nicole has served on various not-for-profit boards, functioning as both treasurer and member at large. She resides in Fort Myers, Florida. In her free time, Nicole enjoys walking and hiking, kayaking and pickleball, and treks to the beach or lake.

Pamela Williams is the Office Manager at Financial Solution Advisors. In her role, Pamela streamlines back-office workflows and processes, making the office run as efficiently and productively as possible.
Pamela has been a bookkeeper for decades. She started as an accounting clerk in a credit union before accepting a position as the assistant accounting manager at another credit union. As her family grew, Pamela needed a job with flexibility and found a bookkeeping position at a law firm that allowed that. She was with that firm for 20 years before joining FSA.
Pamela is a member of the National Notary Association and the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
Pamela lives in Saint Augustine, Florida. She has three grown sons and is eagerly awaiting the arrival of her first grandchild in 2024. In her spare time, Pamela enjoys spending time with her family and extended family at their cabin in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Pamela also loves to travel. She is a huge history buff and loves traveling to historical places she has read and studied about. In the past few years, she has been to England, Scotland, Ireland, Italy and Greece.
Penny Brumfield is an Administrative Assistant and provides the FSA team with office support in a fast-paced environment. She attended Florida State College at Jacksonville and currently lives in Clay County with her husband and their French bulldog.
Outside of work, Penny loves spending time with her family, including 3 grown children. They enjoy days at the beach and making memories together.
Shawn E. Retherford, CPA, EA, MBA is a Principal at Financial Solution Advisors, P.L., CPAs. He joined the team in 2014.
Shawn received an MBA from the University of North Florida, after which he worked for many years in the financial services industry, with a focus on trust, estate and gift taxation. This experience taught him a great deal about the process of building wealth, and preserving it for future generations.
He went on to become an Enrolled Agent licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service, as well as obtaining his CPA license, allowing him to expand into the areas of individual taxation, business taxation, and tax resolution. He continuously strives to maintain his knowledge base, and understand the solutions each individual client needs in order to achieve their financial goals.
Shawn resides in the Fort Caroline area with his wife Cori and their three children, Nate, Lily, and Andrew. They enjoy participating in their children's education, as well as activities within the local community.
Shelly Lingor is CEO and Partner at Financial Solution Advisors. With over 30 years of experience in the accounting industry and a long-standing passion for the growing field of cloud accounting technology, Shelly leads the firm in using technology and community relationships to help clients accomplish their goals and grow their businesses.
She joined FSA as the Director of Technology & Accounting, showing how client accounting services are the clear path to growth, not just for the firm, but also for its clients. By bringing their business books online and collaborating with an accountant in real time, clients are able to gain critical business insights, make smart decisions on the fly, and find sustainable ways to grow their businesses-all without losing the human touch that has been the hallmark of FSA's client service Under her leadership, the firm became a Xero Gold partner in under two years.
In her current role as CEO, Shelly oversees all aspects of running the business, including strategic planning, driving innovation, building culture, creating a talent pipeline, staying on the cutting edge of technology, and mentoring future leaders. Under her leadership, FSA has been recognized with numerous awards for its workplace culture, including INC Best Workplaces, Jacksonville Business Journal's Best Places to Work, Accounting Today Top Firm for Women, and Florida Trend's Top Employers. Shelly is passionate about mentoring and supporting women in accounting and female entrepreneurs. She is active in many industry and local business organizations, including Lifework Leadership, Accounting Salon, Women Business Owners of Northeast Florida, and the Jacksonville Athena POWER Link Panel. She has also been recognized as one of the Top 50 Women in Accounting by Ignition in 2023, was one of the Jacksonville Business Journal's 2019 Women of Influence, and a Hubdoc 2018 Top 50 Cloud Accountant.
She is an active member of her church and loves her Wednesday nights sharing the love of Jesus at Awana. She and her husband Dave are the parents of two sons.
Stephen Boisvert is a CPA, MST, and Partner at Financial Solution Advisors. Stephen provides tax advice to successful individuals, business owners, and closely held businesses. He has provided tax planning and preparation services to his clients for over 16 years.
Stephen earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland and later earned his Masters of Science in Taxation from American University in Washington, DC. Stephen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Stephen relocated to Nocatee in 2018. He enjoys spending time with his wife Brittany their children, Stephen Jr., Blythe, Colleen, Bradley, and golden retriever Archie. They attend Waypoint Church in Nocatee where Stephen serves as a deacon.
