We believe that fresh produce and meats, sourced locally and naturally makes th best food. We only use hormone and antibiotic free meat purveyors. We also only use local, natural, GMO free produce and grains. Oh, and our seafood? Only MBA Seafood + MSC Certified are allow in our restaurant... We take protecting our environment seriously. We are the pioneers of the food composting program in Portland, we recycle our cooking oils and our packing products are compostable or recyclable... We give back to our community through donations and community services throughout the year. We believe that community is our most valuable resource!
