Ashleigh is a born and raised Jersey Girl who now resides in the East Village. Raised in a Jewish and Italian culture, food and family always took center stage. Ashleigh is a natural hostess who has a passion for great food and entertaining others. This led to her pursuing a degree in Hospitality management from Penn State and then continuing to hone her culinary skills at the Institute of Culinary Education. She has been working for leaders in the hospitality industry in NYC since 2014 and joins Cloud Catering as Event Producer. Ashleigh cannot resist a delicious burger, a bachelor marathon or anything pink.

Growing up at the Jersey Shore, Bill's parents couldn't get him out of the ocean. Or off the stage. His love of the arts brought him to New York City,( where he graduated with honors from NYU) and allowed him to travel around the world. However, his deep love of taking care of people brought him to the world of catering; where all his talents work in concert. After captaining for some of the finest catering companies in NYC including Olivier Cheng, Sonnier & Castle; and after serving as a recruiter, captain and booker for Janet O'Brien Caterers in the Hamptons; Bill came to Cloud. Serving as the Lead Captain for Cloud since 2012; Bill was instrumental in development of operations, recruitment of personnel, planning and execution of events ranging from intimate tasting menus for ten; to galas for 1,500 people. His knowledge of the catering scene in NYC is only outmatched by his desire to deliver the best possible experience for his guests; ensuring smiles and lasting memories.

Kimberly Messano, being born in Queens and raised in Brooklyn, made New York her cultural stomping ground as soon as she could ride the B train on her own. Whether figure drawing in a basement on Prince street, gallery hopping in 1990s Soho, buying art supplies at Pearl Paint or congregating around the Astor Place Cube after weekend Cooper Union classes, the dynamism of NY creative culture has always made an impact on her. This influence led Kimberly to Rhode Island School of Design where she received a BFA, followed by an eclectic design career that included textile design and prosthesis sculpture. She soon found the event industry more than any other, combined her love of composition, concept design, food and service. Now having worked 12 years in events, a great portion of that time as Design Director at Creative Edge Parties, she is positive that no other industry allows a designer to flex as many creative muscles as this one.
When she's away from the Cloud family, she lives in Jersey City with her partner Destrie, her son Phoenix and her cat daughters Roxy and Shade.
