Alexandre von Heeren heads the firm's Securitisation Services and combines his expertise in the structuring of financial instruments through securitisation with over twenty years of experience in international tax law. After working for several large banks, Alexandre joined the group in 1998. He is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners, the International Bar Association and the International Fiscal Association. He is also a regular speaker at seminars. From 2012 - 2019, he was the chairman of the Swiss Association of Trust Companies (SATC).

Languages: German, English, French Benjamin manages the internal financial and client department of the Mandaris Group. Prior to joining Mandaris in 2013, Benjamin also worked as a financial consultant and accompanied international research projects.

Languages: English, Maltese, Italian After finishing his secondary education at Downside School in the UK (1998), Kari Pisani returned to Malta to read Law at the University of Malta (2005), and later on for a Masters Degree in Finance with the University of London (2012). Kari's career has been characterised by over ten years of experience in the Maltese Banking Sector, having worked for that entire period with Sparkasse Bank Malta Plc. Between 2007 and 2017, he occupied various roles, most notably and recently his membership on the Executive Committee, managing the Private Banking, Customer Onboarding and Payments Departments, as well as occupying the role of Company Secretary for the Bank. Kari brings intimate knowledge and experience of the Maltese jurisdiction, as well as expertise characterised by the development of bankable solutions within the fields of Wealth Management, Investment Services and Securitisation. He joined the group in October 2017.

Languages: English Robert has over 15 years experience in the Trust and corporate Services industry in a number of different jurisdictions. He has worked for Rothschild, RBC, and held Director level positions with Suntera and Zedra. Robert has experience in Guernsey, the Isle of Man, Cayman, Malta, and the UK. He has worked on a number of large projects in the Maritime and Aviation spaces as well as the more traditional Trustee Services. Robert Owen is also fully PQ'ed in Malta and is currently holding Directorship roles within Trust, Corporate, and Funds. He is STEP qualified and fully trained in compliance and MLRO requirements.
