The privately owned company changed ownership and the new ownership intended to utilize LaQuay in the pursuit of $20 million in new business acquisition. Mr. Juel asked only one question, "If I secure that business, will I be a millionaire by doing so?" The answer was NO and furthermore, if Mr. Juel chose not to take that offer, he would lose his previously established compensation agreement.
