Carlos R. Romo

Counseling, Compliance: Sarah advises national employers of all sizes on complex workplace issues, including employee hiring, discipline and discharge; disability, religious, and pregnancy accommodations; preventing harassment and discrimination in the workplace; and complying with wage and hour, equal pay, and leave laws. She assists clients in drafting employment contracts, consulting agreements, non-compete agreements, employee policies, employee handbooks, and separation agreements. Sarah conducts internal investigations, employment policy and practice internal audits, and pay equity audits.
