EDEN GARDEN

In order to accommodate the anticipated increase in Sydney's population of 1.7 million people, the NSW government is contributing 70 billion Australian Dollars to ensure the successful implementation of the Metropolitan Plan for Sydney 2036, with one of the biggest beneficiaries being the priority Growth Areas of the North West, where Eden Garden, Box Hill resides. Box Hill and Box Hill industrial is planned to be the largest community in the North West Growth Centre.
