She is an ICF certified coach with over fifteen years of experience coaching executives from Fortune 500 Companies, as well as over 150 TEDx Speakers and growing businesses nationally. She received her Leadership Coaching For Organization Performance certification from Rutgers University and Heidrick and Struggles. Her background is in Theater, and she has worked at The American Repertory Theater at Harvard, The Public Theater and The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York. MK also is an instructor at Rutgers for The Center for Continued Professional Development. She applies her skills as a performer to help speakers with compelling corporate scripts, authentic storytelling skills, effective rehearsal skills and executive stage presence.
