Focus Fitness Training is as unique as each individual that comes to our studio. We believe in designing programs that fit your specific needs and goals. "Cookie cutter" programs may work for some, but we aren't looking to just help some people. Our approach focuses on what is unique about you... Focus Fitness Training is located on Cass Avenue in Westmont, Illinois. In addition to private and semi-private training, we also offer group classes... We take an integrated approach to training and primarily work with clients in a one-on-one and semi-private setting. Our clients are individuals of all sizes, ages and physical abilities. Whether you are a high-impact athlete or someone with health-related limitations, Focus Fitness Training will design a plan that's right for you. We also regularly assess your progress and implement any necessary changes based on your abilities and objectives.
