Mr. Ashok Poddar is a son of Late Mr. B.P. Poddar. He has constructed the "Poddar Court" building nearly 5,00,000 Sq. Ft. in central Kolkata in the period of 1952-54. he got associated with Jute Industry in 1971 and with the Tea Industry in 1989. Budge Bude Jute Mill, under his able guidance expanded its capacity of producing jute goods from 35 M. Ton per day to over 100 M. Ton per day. In Ripon Tean Estate, the annual crop was increased from 2 lac Kgs in 1990 to over 2.4 Million Kgs in 2014.
Sri Manish Poddar, a graduate from Calcutta University. He is the son of Sri Ashok Kumar Poddar, a truly business leader with more than 45 years of indistrial experience. Sri Manish Poddar got married in 1996 and his spouse Mrs. Divya Poddar is also a dynamic enterpreneur, running a garment business.
He is a young and dynamic enterpreneur with more than 18 years of rich experience of Jute and Tea Industry. He joined Budge Budge Company Limited, a premier company of the group in 1995 at a young age of 24 only. He turned the jute mill into a profitable unit got a BIFR company by his able leadership and business acumen. {resently he is is the Managing Director of the company having a turn over of more than 150 crores. He has also held the postion pf the Chairman of Indian Jute Mills association, a representative body f all the Jute Mills. Since, last 10 years he has also diversified into the Real estae business - construction of Residential projects as well as Commercial Space. Mr. Danveer Singhi is a graduate from Calcutta University and a Company Secretery by Profession. He is a professional Director in th company and having vast experience of 37 years in Jute, Tea and Construction industries. He is having exposure in Banking, Accounts abd secretarial departments as well. Presently he is also the director of the following companies: Vasavi Infrastructure Projects Ltd. Tivoli Park Apartments Pvt. Ltd. Suncity Properties Pvt. Ltd. Tyron Agency Pvt. Ltd. Primesoft Vintrade Pvt. Ltd. P&A Bottlers.

Mr. Manish Poddar is a Trustee of the Sri Sri Vidaya Mandir Trust. He has been actively involved in setting up the Sri Sri Academy School situated in Kolkata in 2010 under the guidance of H.H Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji. About 2700 students are studying in the school and undergoing stress free education.
