Dr. Seibert received her Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in biochemistry from Indiana University, and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree (DVM) from the University of Tennessee. She practiced general medicine and surgery and emergency medicine, before returning to graduate school and a residency program... Dr. Seibert completed Master's (MS) and Doctoral (PhD) degrees in psychology, with a focus on neuroscience and animal behavior at the University of Georgia.
