Theodore "Ted" Herman has served as the President and CEO of GreenLine BDC, Inc. since inception. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Herman was the CEO and sole Director of AP Corporate Services, Inc., and its subsidiaries. Previously a CPA, Mr. Herman has been an independent Financial Management Consultant since 1987, advising companies seeking to go public on the design and implementation of management information systems, business evaluations and feasibility studies, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance issues, and structuring debt and equity financings. Mr. Herman received his B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
