Depending on the situation and time of year, we may use nesting boxes and one-way doors, so the animal exits and then cannot get back in. We make sure everyone is out and secure the area, so a carpenter can safely repair the entry point... We provide wildlife assessments of a property to identify vulnerable areas before an issue arises! (It's time and money well spent, when you consider the cost of dealing with a wildlife issue after the fact.) We also provide commercial property maintenance contracts, so we are on-call to handle wildlife issues that might arise.
