Claudia Susana Orozco

Mrs. Orozco, Susie, has been a member of Holy Family Parish since 1995. She has volunteered as a youth minister at Holy Family and throughout the Archdiocese as a youth minister. She has also worked in the child care field for 15 yrs. Susie is passionate about sharing the Good News of the Gospel and helping promote success among our youth.

Craig Nelson

Job Titles:
  • School Custodian
Saludos! Mr. Nelson is happy to be starting his fourth year as custodian of his alma mater, HFBCS, where he received a good start. He is in his 26th year with the Archdiocese of Seattle. He is thankful for the opportunity to promote Catholic education and work in a setting in which we grow in our faith. Mr. Nelson enjoys playing the cello, Scandinavian music and dance and working on old Volovo cars. He wishes all a great year. The love of Christ impels us!

Delicia Villez

Job Titles:
  • BASS Director, Preschool Assistant Teacher
Del Villez is a parent and staff member of Holy Family Bilingual Catholic School. She graduated at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. She is married to David, a Registered Nurse in UWMC. They have 3 kids, all of which attended Holy Family School since Pre K. Mrs. Villez started working as an Aide at the Before and After School Supervision (BASS) Program in 2007. A year later she was offered the position as Supervisor, a position she held until 2009, when she became the Director of BASS. Prior to working at the school, she was a Customer Service Representative at Washington Mutual Bank.

Dennis Zook

Mr. Zook is in his 9th year at Holy Family. He began as a substitute for second grade and has been teaching and assisting with middle school math for eight years. This year, Mr. Zook is working part time to assist in the middle school math program and with our library. Teaching is Mr. Zook's second career. After nearly 30 years as a corporate executive, Mr. Zook decided to dedicate his energy to helping students succeed through a holistic approach that focuses on the strengths of each individual student. In his free time, Mr. Zook enjoys spending time at his cabin in Ocean Shores, reading, fly fishing and art.

Dolly Morales-Haag

Mrs. Morales has been at Holy Family Bilingual Catholic School for eight years. She truly enjoys working with the children and families of the school. While she is originally from Bolivia, she has been teaching ELL and Spanish Immersion for the last 17 years in the Seattle area. She believes children are precious gifts from God who need to be nurtured, loved, and educated.

Fabiola Chacon

Fabiola Chacon is in her first year at Holy Family. She is from Chile and came to live with her husband in 2014 to Kansas City Mi. In Chile she graduated from college as an English Teacher. While in Chile she worked as an elementary and high school teacher. In Kansas City she taught Spanish at an elementary school. Since then, she knew that teaching at bilingual schools was her passion. In 2018 she moved to Seattle and was working as an elementary teacher at Seattle Amistad School for 2 years. Fabiola is currently starting her master degree in Technology in Education at Chile University. When she is not working she likes spending family time with her husband, little baby boy Nathaniel and her two dogs.

Frances McKamey

Ms. McKamey has had the honor to teach beginning and advanced band (gr. 5-8) at Holy Family Bilingual School on Monday's and Friday's for 35 years. Ms. McKamey is the Kennedy Catholic Elementary Band Program Director. Holy Family joins eight other Catholic schools in participating in this program. Ms. McKamey began her teaching career in Pateros, Washington for two years. This position involved K-12 general music, choir and band. The summer of 1984 she was hired by Kennedy Catholic High School to begin the elementary band program. The goal was to establish instrumental music instruction at each Catholic school in the deanery as well as be a feeder program for the amazing Kennedy Catholic High School Bands. In addition to teaching, Ms. McKamey is active playing trumpet, especially at Catholic liturgies. Parish music is part of the McKamey Family heritage.

Gabriela Santillan

Gabriela Santillan works as as an at Holy Family Bilingual Catholic School. She is a parish member and has her two children at Holy Family Bilingual Catholic School and one attending Kennedy Catholic.

Herminia Santillan

Sra. Herminia Santillan is in her 4th year at Holy Family Bilingual Catholic School and has worked in preschool and prekindergarten as the Spanish Immersion teacher. She is leading Spanish instruction for our 3/4 preschool classroom. Sra. Herminia is originally from Jalisco, Mexico. She is an active member of Holy Family Parish and has 2 children at Holy Family Bilingual Catholic School and one going to Kennedy High School. Sra. Herminia believes that all children should be loved and cared for and that learning should be fun.

Hilda Bell

  • Early Education Program Director and Prekindergarten Teacher
Sra. Bell was born in Lima, Peru and studied at Los Sagrados Corazones de Belen in Lima. She came to the United States when she was eleven years old. She attended and graduated from both St. George and Holy Names Academy. Sra. Bell received her BA from Seattle University in Foreign Languages. She received her Teacher Certification from Pacific Lutheran University. It is Sra. Bell's twelfth year working at Holy Family Bilingual Catholic School. She has taught for twenty two years. Sra. Bell believes early education is important because it provides a valuable foundation for learning emotionally, socially and academically. Early education helps children succeed in school and in life. Sra. Bell is blessed and thankful to belong to this faith filled, diverse school community and enjoys being a part of a positive learning environment at Holy Family Bilingual Catholic School. Sra. Bell loves to spend time with her family and enjoys all outdoor activities like walking, hiking, camping and gardening.

Jackelyn Benitez

Jackelyn is in her fourth year teaching Kindergarten at Holy Family Bilingual Catholic School. She was born and raised in Central Washington, completed her Bachelors of Business Administration at Central Washington University and began her teaching journey in Spain as a Teaching Assistant for the Basque Country. Ms. Benitez completed her Dual Masters Degree in Education with a specialization in Spanish Language and Culture through James Madison University and the University of Salamanca. She is committed to instilling kindness, responsibility, and passion for learning within her students. When she is not in the classroom, Ms. Benitez enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and taking long naps.

Jennifer Nedeltchev

Ms. Nedeltchev is in her first year at Holy Family. She is originally from Seattle and graduated from the UW with a degree in Economics and International Studies, then received her teaching certificate from City University. Prior to becoming an educator in 2013, Ms. Nedeltchev worked in the tourism field, lived overseas, and currently speaks three languages. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Nedeltchev enjoys reading about world history, following current events, and nature walks.

Larkin Temme

Larkin Temme is in her seventh year as Principal at Holy Family. She grew up learning both Spanish and English in an academic setting from kindergarten through 4th grade in rural, northern California. She moved to Seattle in 5th grade and attended St. Catherine School and Holy Names Academy. She graduated with a BS in Psychology from Santa Clara University and then went on to Providence College as part of the PACT (Providence Alliance for Catholic Teachers) program, earning her MA in Education for Spanish. She is a Nationally Board Certified Teacher and has earned her Principal Certification through Seattle University. Larkin has always been intrigued by multicultural education, dual language programs and language immersion. She enjoys any outdoor adventure and spending time with her children who also attend Holy Family.

Maria Amparo Keller

Sra. Keller is originally from Colombia. She has been an assistant teacher for 5 years in Spanish immersion classrooms. She loves watching children grow in their faith and love of God. She is excited to share her faith with her students through teaching religion. Sra. Keller has taught Spanish as a second language, worked as a Spanish-English interpreter and worked for Microsoft as a technician and programmer. Sra. Keller spends her free time volunteering for different ministries for her home parish in Shoreline.

Maria Esther Sanchez

Nat Herridge

Nat Herridge has loved making art since she was about two feet tall. For her, creativity is about asking questions, embracing multiple perspectives, rolling with mistakes and accepting imperfection. She primarily enjoys illustration, painting, and mixed media, but has also dabbled in the world of 3D sculpture using clay, fabric, and found objects. Nat earned her BA from Western Washington University where she designed an interdisciplinary concentration at Fairhaven College titled Youth and Community Empowerment through the Arts. In her future work, she hopes to use art and creative projects to support young people in learning about themselves and the world around them.

Nathalie Granval Zaldivar

Nathalie Granval Zaldivar is in her second year as Office Administrator at Holy Family. She is originally from Guadalajara, Mexico and loves speaking English and Spanish to parents and students. Her previous employment includes working in a law firm in Mexico as well as running her own import business. Ms. Nathalie loves Holy Family because of the attention to social emotional growth and the cultural events. She has one son at Holy Family as well!

Nathalie Herridge

Olivia Herrera

Olivia is in her first year at Holy Family. She was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, and decided to attend Pepperdine where she earned her BA in Hispanic Studies. She continued to discover her love for language and culture while studying in Argentina and Spain. Olivia found her way back to the Northwest and decided to combine her love for kids with her passion of Spanish. She earned her Masters of Education at Pacific Lutheran University. Olivia is very passionate about advocating for underserved populations, especially immigrants. She believes everyone should have equal access to the best education. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and dogs, loves doing Zumba, and drinking coffee and tea.

Rachel Allen

Rachel Allen has been a part of the Holy Family Bilingual Catholic School community since 2015 as a parent and volunteer. In February 2020 she joined the community as a staff member. Rachel has filled various roles during her time with HFBCS, this year she will be our Lunch Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. Prior to starting at Holy Family, Rachel earned a Bachelor's in Accounting from Central Washington University and was working in an office in Downtown Seattle. Since working within the Holy Family community Rachel has been inspired to go back to school and is working towards a Masters degree in Education. In her free time, Rachel enjoys trying foods from various cultures and ethnicities. She is also trying to practice more Spanish! If given a choice you will find Rachel downstairs with our youngest learners.

Rachel Garcia

Rachel Garcia is a mother of two students at Holy Family, Joaquín and Belén, and a lifelong educator and learner. Mrs. Garcia has taught grades 2-8 in multiple dual language and ELL settings in multiple cities, as well as consulted in literacy and International Education in Seattle Public Schools. Rachel found her way back to the classroom last year after some time away, and quickly realized that Holy Family is where she belongs, particularly in the upper school with her beloved middle school students! Mrs. Garcia is absolutely thrilled to take on the role of Vice Principal this year, supporting Ms. Temme and the staff and students at Holy Family so that we may continue to discover greater heights in social, emotional, spiritual and academic growth!

Sally Moceyunas

Ms. Moceyunas is in her third year at Holy Family. She is originally from California, and she graduated from St. Edward's University with a degree in Spanish Education. She graduated this summer with a Master of Education with an ESOL endorsement through the University of Portland. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Moceyunas enjoys trying new foods, exploring new places, and hiking.

Timothy Moore

Job Titles:
  • Music Instructor
Mr. Tim Moore comes to Holy Family Bilingual Catholic School from Indianapolis, IN, by way of Montlake Elementary School in Seattle. He and his wife Cindy, a physical therapist, have three children and two grandsons. The Moores, their son, his wife and two sons, are part of the West Seattle community near Morgan Junction. A life-long learner, Mr. Moore continues to search for new and exciting ways to involve students in "Musicing," the process of experiencing and creating music while learning about music. He is a certified Orff-Schulwerk Music Educator, which means he has a lot of experience in musical learning by participation. His formal education resulted in a Master of Music degree in performance, and a Master of Music Education degree. While in Indianapolis he served as Music Teacher and Choir Director at Catholic and Parochial Schools where he loved facilitating music for Mass and worship. Mr. Moore has a love for Spanish-language music, and is very excited to join the HFBCS community and family.
