Kapil is a Chartered Accountant, Lawyer and a qualified Registered Valuer (registered with IBBI) with over 20 years of professional experience. He is also a qualified Independent Director under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and is on the Board of a number of Companies acting as one.
He started down his career path with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in the year 1999 and after working there for 4 years, he co-founded IBA in the year 2003. He heads Tax and Mergers & Acquisition practice at IBA, apart from overall review of the accounting and outsourcing divisions of the organization. He holds vast experience in business valuations & negotiations and has been actively involved in advisory to various foreign and domestic companies across various sectors.

Nirav is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience and heads people and technology practices at IBA.

Puneet is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 20 years post-qualification experience. He has rich experience in the field of audits, financial due diligence and forensics to various mid-sized and large companies (Indian as well as trans-nationals) across various sectors.
He is an Alumni of Deloitte Haskins & Sells and BSR & Co. (KPMG in India) and has been a partner with Mazars India prior to associating with International Business Advisors.
In addition to heading the Audit & Assurance and Forensic practices at IBA, he is also the co-leader for the Indirect Tax/GST practice at the organization.
Puneet is also a Certified Fraud Examiner from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, USA.
In addition to the above, he is also a qualified Independent Director under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
