KLM was founded in 2010 by an industry leading union mechanic with over 35 years of experience in the field. Supported by two mechanics with nearly decade in the industry each, KLM sought to create a new niche in a changing market. As energy codes requirements increased and new products were brought to the industry, KLM grew in staff. Each employee joining our family was set a on year long apprenticeship program with the founder and his supporting staff. Training each mechanic across the industries requirements was essential in our development and growth.
