French, North African and Scottish dishes in a unique setting including stone arches and a wooden spiral staircase... Maison Bleue restaurant offers French, North African and traditional Scottish cuisine using cooking skills from each of these regions. We purchase only fresh local produce, delivered daily by highly reputable suppliers. The food is prepared and cooked by our experienced and highly skilled chefs, most of whom are native to these regions.
