McKelvey Steel was founded in August of 1977 by Ray, Mary Ellen, Sherrill and Dale McKelvey. We started as a new steel distributor and dealt in scrap metal. As the trailer manufacturing industry grew, so did McKelvey Steel. In March of 1982, we began distrubuting trailer parts to trailer manufacturers and became McKelvey Enterprises. Our goal is simple: to provide a full line of trailer parts and steel to our customers at a competitive price.
