Gareth joined Mintra in October 2017. He has a multi-discipline background delivering learning, change, and communications solutions to multi-national companies for over 20 years. Gareth brings a great deal of experience having worked on major change and technology implementation programmes in the oil and gas, healthcare, and automotive sectors. Prior to joining Mintra, Gareth was the General Manager for a change agency operating across the UK, Europe, and the USA.

Gustav is an Investment Professional at the family-owned investment company Ferd. He has more than ten years of experience from investing and strategy consulting. Before joining Ferd in 2016, Gustav was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. He holds a Master of Science degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Current directorships include Interwell, Norkart and General Oceans (obs).

Jostein has more than 27 years of experience in financial positions within Marine, Audit and Accounting industries, focusing on compliance, M&A and financing. He was previously SVP Finance (GCA) of TTS Group; a global equipment solutions provider for the maritime industry and publicly listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Prior to TTS Group, Jostein was CFO at Profitek and VP Finance (GCA) at DOF Subsea, following positions as Senior Auditor at Deloitte, Senior Business Advisor at Økonomihuset and various management roles at Regnskap og økonomitjenester.
Ketil holds a degree in business and economics from the Norwegian Business School and has more than 29 years of experience in the B2B software market in the maritime and energy sectors. Prior to that, he was an instructor in the Norwegian Armed Forces. Ketil currently works in sales as a strategic account manager and has been with us for 27 years.

Kevin was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Mintra in 2021, having been Chief Commercial Officer since 2018. He came on board following the acquisition of Atlas Knowledge where he was CEO. Kevin has proven capability in driving companies forward and achieving their highest potential, consistently increasing their market share through innovation, strategy, and strong client relationships. Before joining Atlas in 2012 as Sales Director and subsequently Commercial Director, Kevin held several senior management positions in the financial services sector, including Vice President Sales and Marketing with Pitney Bowes in London and Managing Director with both Hays DX and Meridian in Ireland. After earning his bachelor's degree in Production and Operations Management, Kevin spent a number of years in New York and London where he worked for Chase Manhattan Bank and Uni-Data as Director of Operations.
Kjetil Flood - Chief Commercial Officer

Kjetil was appointed to the role of CCO in 2021, having joined Mintra when it was acquired by OCS HR in 2014. Prior to joining the senior leadership team, he was international sales director for the UK and Europe. Kjetil, who is based in Bergen, has a long and successful track record in commercial roles and has held a number of senior sales positions. Kjetil has in-depth knowledge of the Scandinavian technology industry, having worked in high-level positions for major companies including Altea and TietoEvry, the region's largest suppliers of IT hardware and software respectively. He was also involved in the launch of Norway's first commercial television broadcasting station, TV2.

Nils Jegstad - Chief Investment Officer

Nils is the Investment Director of the industrial holding company Tjaldur. He has over 15 years of experience in M&A and business development. Before joining Tjaldur, Nils worked for eight years in Nordea Investment Banking heading the Seafood sector industry group and two years in EY. He has a "Siviløkonom" degree from BI Norwegian Business School with a focus on Finance.

Rúni is Executive Chairman of the industrial holding company Tjaldur. Since 2009, he has also been the Chairman of Bakkafrost, a leading producer of top-quality salmon, prior to the company's listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange in 2010. He is a member of The UN Global Compact's Platform for Sustainable Ocean Business and has extensive experience in the seafood, shipping and international energy industries.
Rúni has previously worked for Equinor for 19 years, where he was a member of the Exploration Executive team and was based in Copenhagen, London, Oslo and the Faroe Islands. Prior to Equinor, Rúni worked in the shipping and seafood industry. He holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and a Postgraduate Diploma at Lancaster University.

Siren has extensive experience in software and the maritime industry. She was also the CEO of OCS from 2014 until the merger with Mintra in February 2016. Over the past 25 years, Siren has held a number of senior management positions: CEO of Emisoft AS, Product and Project Director in Emisoft AS, Regional Director in Hands ASA, Manager of manufacturing and industry solutions in Merkantildata ASA, and Partner and CEO of Emma EDB.

Tom is a senior consultant located in our Bergen office. He holds a college degree in administration, geography and history from the University of Bergen. He has more than 15 years of experience in the B2B software market in the maritime and energy sectors. Prior to joining us, he worked with HR and payroll for six years in the energy industry. He has been chairman of the board for a building company since 2012, managing 110 apartments in central Bergen.

Torfinn has more than 30 years of board, directorial and executive experience from private and public companies within maritime and oil and gas companies. He has held positions as CFO and CEO of Simrad Group, Exec VP of Kongsberg Gruppen and CEO of Kongsberg Maritime. Torfinn holds a master`s degree (nw.Siviløkonom) from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Current directorships; Glamox, Norkart and Oswo.
